PLEASE REMEMBER TO PLACE PROJECT NUMBER 529 IN MEMO LINE and make all checks out to Extreme Response International

Donors should reference the individual Project number on the check so it will be sure to be posted to the appropriate account. Acknowledgements are sent for each donation received that will have a tear-off at the bottom and a return envelope for opportunities to make future donations.

Donors can enroll in automatic bank withdrawals or donate by credit card if they choose. The acknowledgement form that is sent out for every donation has the automatic bank withdrawal form printed on the back of the tear-off portion. Credit card donations can be made from the Extreme Response web site. www.extremeresponse.org

ALL Donations are tax deductible and donors will receive a receipt

Donors may give checks directly to the volunteer, if they so desire. The volunteer will then send the checks to Extreme Response themselves.

All donors are added to the ER mailing list unless they specify otherwise. Typically, ER mailings include 4 newsletters per year. Donors will also receive a yearly letter from the president of ER and a Christmas card.

Accounting Department
